Hey Mom: we'll help with the laundry!

Yeah, right! Lane & Layla decided to have a little fun emptying the laundry closet. I wanted to stop them, but it kept them quiet for over an hour, so we let them have at it!! We didn't catch it on camera, but one of the times that Lane got out of the cabinet, he "locked" Layla in so she wouldn't fall out. Isn't he such a protective big brother?!

Puppies!!!

So, the not so long awaited day has arrived. Our dog Sadie had her puppies last night. There are eight puppies - six black and two brown and four girls and four boys. Anyone looking to adopt and mutt puppy? Just let us know and we'll save one for ya'!

Lane is so excited that he would probably live in the dog house if we (and Sadie) would let him.


Layla's not too sure about them, but we're sure it won't take her long to fall in love with them.
