Well.....ever heard of an aebleskiver? EEEBLE SKEEVER....

Well The kids and I were sitting around watching Happy Feet when someone knocked on the door..."Who in the hel....heck"   UPS.  OK it is the holidays...they're getting later and later...a Scentsy box...of course...and a William Sonoma box...now I thought I had remembered Jackie saying something about getting something or other for something or other...I opened it.  What did I find?  An aebleskiver pan!!!!  Yeah I remember now...puffed pancakes!   Oh man....is this for us?  Is it for me?  Hmmm....DINNER!  So I pulled out the pan and gave it a go....I hope it's mine.
